CONTRACT RECRUITMENT CONSULTANT (MATERNITY COVER)

We’re seeking a driven and highly personable candidate with a strong sales and customer service ethos to join our busy, friendly team as a Recruitment Consultant.  This contract is for just over 6 months from late September 2026, to cover a maternity leave.  Our recruitment agency is different - our consultants don’t work on individual commission, we’re all salaried, so it’s all about making the right match for our candidates and clients and working as a close team.

In this mid to manager level role, you’ll be responsible for placing permanent, contract and temporary office staff at various levels.  Duties include looking after an existing portfolio of candidates, interviewing new candidates, meeting clients, attending industry events, administration, and the use of LinkedIn for marketing purposes.

Several years’ Recruitment, HR and/or Sales experience, together with some finance sector knowledge, are required for this role, together with excellent communication and administrative skills.  A conscientious outlook is essential.

This role requires full time hours of 9-5 daily, or very near that.
