Compliance/MLRO & DP Officer

Are you great at navigating compliance, managing risk, and driving positive change? A leading insurance firm is looking for a Compliance & Data Protection Officer to help shape a strong compliance culture, strengthen governance frameworks, and support key regulatory initiatives.

Working across the business, you'll be partnering with stakeholders, enhancing policies and procedures, monitoring risk, and championing best practice while helping the organisation stay ahead in an evolving regulatory landscape, supporting financial crime prevention, regulatory compliance, and robust control environments.

Key Requirements:

• Experience working within compliance, risk, governance, data protection, or financial crime
• Effectively manage the roles of MLRO, MLCO, and Compliance Officer responsibilities
• Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks and compliance controls
• Confident influencing and collaborating with stakeholders at all levels
• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Relevant qualification such as CIPP, CIPM, CIPT, or similar professional certification
• Ability to drive improvements, challenge processes, and promote a culture of accountability
