Situations is the longest-standing recruitment agency in Guernsey with the same ownership, having first opened its doors in 1986. All of our Consultants are professionally qualified with a total of over 60 years’ recruitment experience amongst us gained both locally and in the UK, together with a wide range of former experience from the finance, legal, commercial and public sectors.

We have also been inspected by the Recruitment & Employment Confederation UK and passed on every count, which proves that we abide by a strict code of professional practice.
