Senior Counsel

Based in Guernsey, this Senior Counsel opportunity offers a collaborative, internationally connected environment, involving developing client relationships, delivering commercially focused advice, supporting complex cross-border matters, contributing to practice growth initiatives, and enhancing training and know-how while maintaining strong financial performance.

Key Criteria:

• Qualified lawyer with 7–10 years’ PQE in insolvency and dispute resolution
• Strong academics and commercial mindset
• Excellent legal, technical, and communication skills
• Collaborative team player with business development capability
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and legal systems
• Offshore or Guernsey experience is beneficial
