Associate Lawyer

A legal practice is seeking a Corporate Associate with strong mergers and acquisitions experience to join its high-performing team. You'll advise on a broad range of corporate matters, build trusted client relationships, supervise more junior team members, whilst playing a key role in delivering high-quality legal solutions within a collaborative and fast-paced environment.

Key requirements:

• Qualified Solicitor or Barrister in a relevant common law jurisdiction
• 4+ years PQE with strong experience in corporate law, particularly mergers and acquisitions
• Ability to manage transactions independently from start to finish
• Commercially minded with a practical approach to problem-solving
• Proven relationship-building abilities and a team-focused mindset
