Operational Work Controller

A progressive local commercial organisation is seeking an Operational Work Controller to support planning, scheduling, and enhancing performance across a busy network. You’ll be driving coordination, strengthening systems, and enabling teams to deliver safe, dependable results.

Key Role:

• Leading the creation and delivery of effective work programmes to achieve targets
• Turning operational data into actionable improvements
• Streamlining planning through asset and maintenance systems
• Aligning teams to ensure efficient, safe delivery
• Supporting resource planning and producing insightful reports

Key requirements:

• Experience in planning or coordination
• Strong analytical mindset and organisational ability
• Knowledge of CMMS or asset management systems
• Strong communication skills with stakeholder engagement experience
• Relevant technical qualification with health & safety awareness (IOSH advantageous)
