Key Responsibilities:

• Delivering clear, insightful monthly management accounts that highlight trends and opportunities.
• Leading budgeting and forecasting for your designated areas.
• Analysing data, uncovering risks, and recommending practical, value‑adding solutions.
• Strengthening financial controls through accurate balance sheet reconciliations.
• Supporting audit preparation and championing continuous improvement across finance.

Key Skills Required:

• Being a fully qualified accountant (CIMA, ACCA, ACA, or equivalent).
• Bringing strong management accounting experience and solid commercial awareness.
• Applying budgeting and forecasting expertise with the ambition to grow business‑partnering capability.
• Communicating clearly, simplifying financial information, and demonstrating strong analytical thinking.
• Using strong systems knowledge (Microsoft Office; ideally D365).
• Working proactively, staying organised, and consistently adding value beyond the numbers.
