Senior IT Engineer

Are you a client-focused IT professional ready to take ownership of complex environments and make a real impact? An IT support business is seeking a Senior IT Engineer to deliver 1st–3rd line support across on-premises and cloud technologies.

You’ll be resolving high-level issues, supporting hybrid infrastructure and identity platforms, and contributing to ITIL-aligned services.

Key Criteria:

• 5+ years’ experience in IT support or infrastructure engineering
• Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, Group Policy, and Microsoft 365
• Experience with Microsoft Entra ID and hybrid environments
• Familiarity with IT service management tools
• Understanding of information security and data protection
• Strong troubleshooting and communication skills
• Certifications in IT or related field (desirable)
• Full driving licence
