Customer Greeter

Are you passionate about customer service with great people skills, with previous sales/customer-facing experience? Our client, a large local company, is looking for a temporary customer greeter to join their retail team.

Key responsibilities:

  • Offering customers a seamless and professional sales experience.
  • Offering continued support across all channels, aiming to resolve customer issues within one working day.
  • Managing the customer waitlist to ensure every customer is assisted by a sales or support team member.

  • Able to uphold the company’s brand and forward-thinking image through excellent customer service.
