Are you passionate about customer service with great people skills, with previous sales/customer-facing experience? Our client, a large local company, is looking for a temporary customer greeter to join their retail team.
Key responsibilities:
- Delivering efficient, professional support to customers interested in the company's products and services.
- Offering customers a seamless and professional sales experience.
- Offering continued support across all channels, aiming to resolve customer issues within one working day.
- Managing the customer waitlist to ensure every customer is assisted by a sales or support team member.
- Greeting every customer in a friendly and approachable manner.
Key criteria:
- Capable of adapting quickly and handling challenging situations.
- Able to uphold the company’s brand and forward-thinking image through excellent customer service.
- Good typing skills and a knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Self-motivated
- Strong verbal communication abilities.
