Key Duties:

• Providing legal advice to stakeholders across all areas of the business
• Reviewing, drafting, and negotiating a broad range of commercial contracts
• Managing the full contract lifecycle from initial proposal to implementation
• Drafting and reviewing telecommunications agreements
• Advising on GDPR and data protection issues, including compliance and contractual documentation

Key Criteria:

• A qualified lawyer with a minimum of 6 years’ PQE
• Proven expertise in drafting and negotiating commercial contracts
• A pragmatic problem solver who understands the legal and regulatory landscape
• Someone who can balance legal precision with commercial goals
