Crew Payroll Administrator

Reporting to the Payroll Manager, you’ll be hands-on in processing payroll data, managing starters and leavers, reviewing timesheets, maintaining precise records, resolving queries, and collaborating with internal teams, all while ensuring full compliance with procedures and statutory requirements. You’ll also contribute to reporting, reconciliations, and audits, gaining valuable exposure across the payroll function.

Criteria

  • Experience in payroll, finance, or administration
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
  • Good Excel skills and experience using payroll systems
  • PAYE payroll experience (desirable)
  • Multi-jurisdiction or crew payroll experience (desirable)
  • Proactive, adaptable, organised, and a strong team player
