Store Manager

Are you an experienced and motivated Store Manager ready to lead a high-performing retail team in an out-of-town location? This role offers full ownership of store performance and daily operations, with a strong focus on delivering outstanding customer service, developing people, and driving commercial results.

You will lead and inspire your team, ensuring exceptional standards across customer experience, stock control, and merchandising. With accountability for sales performance, you’ll use data and insight to identify opportunities, improve productivity, and maximise profitability.
