Claims Handler

This is an excellent opportunity for building strong client relationships, providing expert guidance, and ensuring fair and efficient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handling claims in line with company policies, procedures, and regulatory standards
  • Delivering clear, professional advice and outstanding customer service
  • Managing your own caseload across a range of insurance products
  • Liaising effectively with customers, colleagues, and external partners
  • Contributing ideas to improve processes and supporting team initiatives
  • Supporting on-the-job training and development of colleagues

Key Requirements:

  • GCSEs (or equivalent) in Maths and English
  • Demonstrating excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Showing strong attention to detail with an analytical approach
  • Managing workloads effectively and meeting deadlines
  • Bringing experience from a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
  • Willingness to work towards (or already holding) an entry-level CII qualification
