Key Responsibilities:
- Handling claims in line with company policies, procedures, and regulatory standards
- Delivering clear, professional advice and outstanding customer service
- Managing your own caseload across a range of insurance products
- Liaising effectively with customers, colleagues, and external partners
- Contributing ideas to improve processes and supporting team initiatives
- Supporting on-the-job training and development of colleagues
Key Requirements:
- GCSEs (or equivalent) in Maths and English
- Demonstrating excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Showing strong attention to detail with an analytical approach
- Managing workloads effectively and meeting deadlines
- Bringing experience from a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
- Willingness to work towards (or already holding) an entry-level CII qualification
