Key responsibilities:
- Overseeing the recruitment process, ensuring applicants are managed professionally and within agreed timelines.
- Supporting compliance by completing required employment checks and verification processes.
- Drafting employment documentation and assisting with key stages of the employee lifecycle.
- Providing administrative support across HR functions and managing shared HR communications.
- Maintaining accurate and secure HR records in line with data protection requirements.
- Acting as a point of contact for HR-related queries, delivering responsive and professional support.
