Associate Director - Captive
Are you confident leading client relationships while driving strategy in a fast-paced environment? An ambitious, growing organisation delivering innovative insurance solutions is looking for an Associate Director to combine leadership, client engagement, and commercial insight. This is a senior opportunity to shape service delivery, influence strategy, and develop high-performing teams.
You’ll be building strong client partnerships, leading complex onboarding and governance activities, and representing clients at board level. Alongside driving operational efficiency and ensuring regulatory compliance, you’ll also play a key role in developing talent and identifying opportunities to enhance profitability and service.
Key requirements:
- Proven leadership and team development experience
- Strong technical knowledge across insurance, and/or finance, and regulation
- Confident working with senior stakeholders and at board level
- Commercially focused with excellent communication skills
- Ideally, candidates will be ACII qualified (or equivalent) with strong insurance or captive expertise; however, those with transferable skills from other sectors may also be considered.
