Insurance Manager

We have an exciting opportunity for you to join a leading insurance company as an Insurance Manager, where you'll play a key role in managing captive accounts and supporting senior leadership in driving business success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Reviewing and presenting insurance matters at committee meetings.
• Supporting, mentoring, and guiding colleagues while identifying and addressing training needs.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, ensuring they are kept informed and supported.
• Ensuring all client deadlines and service level agreements are met.
• Contributing to achieving departmental budgets and business objectives.

Key Criteria:

• A strong work ethic and commitment to delivering client service excellence.
• Solid insurance knowledge, ideally with previous supervisory experience.
• Hold an ACII qualification, or equivalent (or working towards it).
• Experience in captive insurance is preferred.
• Proven management experience and leading a team.
