In this role, you will play a pivotal part in managing captive accounts and supporting senior leadership to drive business success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Reviewing and presenting insurance-related matters at committee meetings.
• Supporting, mentoring, and guiding colleagues, proactively identifying and addressing training and development needs.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and ongoing support.
• Overseeing day-to-day insurance servicing and renewals, ensuring all client deadlines and service level agreements are consistently met.
• Contributing to financial reporting, regulatory compliance, and the strategic development of captive solutions and broader business objectives.

Key Criteria:

• A strong work ethic, with a clear client focus and dedication to delivering service excellence.
• Solid insurance knowledge, ideally supported by previous supervisory or leadership experience.
• ACII qualification (or equivalent) or actively working towards it.
• Experience in general insurance (exposure to captive insurance is highly desirable).
• Some experience in people management, supervision, or developing others.
