Case Management Administrator
Are you a self-starter with the ability to work independently? A leading provider of insurance services is seeking a Case Management Administrator to join their growing team.
In this role, you will be responsible for conducting customer reviews for client onboarding, KYC, trigger events, and ongoing risk assessments. You’ll support the business by analysing corporate structures and carrying out in-depth research during key review processes. Working closely with both operational and compliance teams, you will ensure accurate and up-to-date client due diligence while delivering professional and attentive customer service.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of AML regulations, due diligence requirements, and enhanced procedures with 1 year’s relevant experience, demonstrating sound problem-solving abilities, confidence using technology, and using their initiative.
