Compliance Specialist

Join a well‑established global investment manager as a Compliance Specialist in Guernsey, supporting the Compliance team in maintaining regulatory standards, delivering monitoring activities, and providing practical compliance advice across the business. Working closely with the Compliance Officer, you will contribute to AML processes, policy maintenance and regulatory change initiatives in a collaborative, professional environment.

• Strong communication and organisational skills
• Ability to prioritise and manage workloads
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• A Level education with a willingness to pursue an ICA qualification
• Interest or experience in compliance, AML or risk
