Key Requirements:

• Strong compliance experience within financial services
• Sound knowledge of regulatory risk and governance
• A practical, solutions-focused approach
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Previous leadership or mentoring experience
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• ICA qualification, or working towards an equivalent professional qualification
