Client Services Operations Technician

Our client is seeking an Operations and Client Services Technician to join their team. Reporting to the Team Lead, you will support client servicing and operational excellence by carrying out AML reviews, customer due diligence, and risk assessments, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements while delivering a high‑quality service and contributing to continuous improvement across the business.

Key criteria:

  • Experience in financial services with strong operational and client servicing knowledge
  • Strong IT skills, particularly in Excel and Word
