Client Relationship Administrator
Are you a proactive and organised individual who enjoys supporting and dealing with clients? Providing day-to-day support to senior team members managing a portfolio within Life and Disability, this role centres on delivering high-quality service while working closely with internal teams and stakeholders across multiple locations. You will be coordinating administrative tasks with accuracy, managing competing priorities in a busy environment, and actively contributing to ongoing improvements in processes and service standards.
Key criteria:
- Assisting with relationship management and maintaining high service standards
- Working collaboratively with internal teams and external stakeholders
- Taking ownership of workload and prioritising tasks effectively
- Communicating confidently and professionally
- Using Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook with intermediate proficiency
- Having 2–3 years’ experience in a client-facing or service role (financial services preferred)
- Performing well under pressure and meeting tight deadlines
