Commercial Underwriter

Our client is seeking an experienced Senior Underwriter to join their commercial team (Jersey or Guernsey). In this role, you will underwrite within set guidelines, support business growth, and build strong broker relationships, including risk assessment, decision-making, and managing client portfolios.

You’ll also help train new team members and support wider team projects. Strong communication, organisation, and a proactive approach are essential. Experience with brokers and a relevant CII qualification (or working toward one) is preferred.
