Claims Handler
Join a leading insurance provider's Claims Team and play a key role in handling claims across specialist business classes, delivering excellent customer service, and supporting business profitability through effective claims management. This role can be based in Guernsey or Jersey, with inter-island and occasional UK travel required.
Key Criteria:
- Claims handling experience
- Strong communication and client service skills
- Ability to assess, negotiate and settle claims
- Effective decision-making and problem-solving skills
- Organised team player with a professional attitude
- 5 GCSEs (including English and Maths)
- CII Certificate required; Diploma/ACII desirable
