Installation Assistance Engineer

Are you looking for a long-term temporary position until December 2026, and enjoy working outdoors? A local company is seeking a proactive Assistant Installation Engineer to support the installation of fibre services across the island.

Key Responsibilities:

• Setting up and removing signage and safety barriers
• Acting as a professional representative of the company
• Splicing, drilling, and securing cables to properties
• Managing traffic flow during installation work
• Working at heights using ladders for pole climbing and overhead cabling
• Occasionally working in challenging weather conditions

The ideal candidate must be confident working at heights, adhere to health and safety standards, hold a valid Category B driving licence, and be flexible to work Saturdays on a rota basis.
