Senior Risk Manager

Do you have a strong background in risk management? A private bank is seeking a Senior Risk Manager to join their team.

Key responsibilities:

• Assisting in the identification of risk scenarios and mitigation measures
• Owning the Control Plan and ensuring its implementation
• Maintaining the Branch Risk Management Framework and Risk Tolerance Framework 
• Managing the performance of team members 
• Ensuring the team has the necessary skills and capabilities to achieve agreed goals 
• Attending and presenting at monthly Risk Management meetings and other Committees
• Developing the ability to provide consulting services to management and staff 
• Developing strong working relationships with stakeholders 

For this role, strong relevant experience is required, along with experience in designing and implementing controls, policies, and procedures. Strong stakeholder management experience and excellent analytical and problem-solving skills are also required.
