Compliance Monitoring Programme Analyst/ Senior Analysts

Join a Compliance team as a Compliance Monitoring Programme Analyst, where you'll deliver risk-based compliance monitoring reviews, assess the effectiveness of key controls, identify regulatory and financial crime risks, and provide clear, evidence-based reporting and recommendations. This role offers the opportunity to support a robust compliance framework while contributing to positive customer outcomes and regulatory readiness.

Key Criteria

• 3+ years' experience in Compliance, Risk or AML/CFT/CPF preferred. 
• Knowledge of Guernsey regulatory requirements and the GFSC AML/CFT/CPF Handbook.
• Experience in compliance monitoring, audit or quality assurance.
• Understanding of CDD, sanctions screening and financial crime controls. 
• Strong analytical, communication and report-writing skills with excellent attention to detail. 
• Relevant professional qualification, or working towards one, such as the ICA Diploma.
