Head of Operations & Business services

An exciting leadership opportunity for a senior operational resilience professional to oversee operational resilience, business support services, facilities management, and IT operations within a private banking firm. Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, this Director-level role will drive resilience strategy, strengthen third-party risk and outsourcing oversight, support cyber and information security initiatives, and ensure the delivery of efficient, secure, and resilient business operations through effective leadership and governance.

Key Criteria:

• At least 7 years' relevant industry background, including leadership responsibility.
• Strong track record within operational resilience, operational risk, outsourcing, and business continuity.
• In-depth knowledge of operational resilience frameworks and regulatory expectations.
• Sound understanding of third-party risk management and outsourcing oversight.
• Expertise in business continuity, crisis management, and resilience testing practices.
• Strong awareness of cyber security and information security disciplines.
• Outstanding stakeholder engagement, communication and influencing skills.
• Confidence in producing and presenting to senior management and governance committees.
