Head of Projects

This Head of Projects opportunity offers the chance to lead portfolio governance, support key transformation initiatives, and work closely with senior stakeholders to ensure priorities are delivered effectively across the business.

Key responsibilities:

• Leading portfolio governance and reporting activities
• Driving strategic projects and transformation initiatives
• Managing risks, priorities, and delivery timelines
• Building strong relationships with senior stakeholders
• Enhancing project management frameworks and ways of working

Key requirements:

• Proven recent experience leading a PMO, Programmes, or a Transformation function.
• Strong programme and project governance expertise
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Experience with portfolio reporting, risk management, and performance tracking
• A relevant project or portfolio management qualification (PRINCE2, MSP, MoP, P3O, APM, or similar) would be highly desirable.

This is an exciting opportunity to make a tangible impact within a dynamic environment, influencing major change initiatives while working alongside senior decision-makers. The position requires full-time commitment for the first two weeks, transitioning to 3 days per week thereafter, with an expected duration of 3-6 months.
