Senior Oversight Officer

Can you step into the role of Senior Oversight & Operations Specialist and take ownership of an oversight programme within a major global private markets firm, driving operational quality, strengthening resilience, and leading key due diligence and monitoring activities? In this senior position, you’ll be managing service provider performance, identifying and mitigating risks, refining processes, collaborating across teams, driving change initiatives, tracking KPIs, resolving issues, and presenting oversight insights at governance forums.

What you’ll need:

• 5–6+ years in fund administration, depositary services, or similar
• Strong operational risk management skills
• Experience in vendor oversight, due diligence, or audit/testing
• Excellent communication and stakeholder skills
• Strong understanding of fund operations and SLAs
• Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (or equivalent professional qualification)
