Assistant Compliance Manager

A growing, independent trust company is seeking an Assistant Compliance Manager to support its evolving governance function. This role involves reviewing CDD and risk assessments, approving onboarding, strengthening policies, and providing clear, practical compliance guidance. You’ll also be supporting monitoring activities, managing screening tools, preparing committee reports, and helping improve systems and controls.
The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years’ AML/CFT/CPF experience in a regulated environment and strong regulatory knowledge, with hands-on experience with onboarding and risk assessment. Strong analytical accuracy, organisation, and the ability to manage multiple deadlines are essential, along with effective communication skills across all levels. A relevant qualification (or progress toward one) is required.
