Key Criteria:
- Previous experience as a Compliance Officer, MLRO, MLCO, or similar senior-level role
- Relevant Compliance, AML, Financial Crime, or Risk qualification
- Strong knowledge of regulatory compliance and financial crime frameworks
- Proven leadership and stakeholder management skills
- Excellent communication, analytical, and decision-making abilities
