MLRO
Join a Compliance team as an experienced MLRO, reporting to the Head of Compliance. In this key role, you will lead financial crime oversight, provide expert guidance to senior stakeholders, support the delivery of a robust Anti-Financial Crime framework, and help ensure financial crime risks are effectively identified, managed and reported.
Key criteria:
- Previous or recent regulatory approval as an MLRO
- Formal qualification in Compliance and/or Financial Crime
- Experience in a regulated financial services environment with prior MLRO responsibility
- Strong financial crime and regulatory knowledge
- Experience producing reporting, risk assessments and management information
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication and influencing skills
- Line management experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and compliance systems
