A leading offshore law firm is looking for an Assistant Manager, Corporate Services who will be overseeing a varied client portfolio, strengthening client partnerships, supporting regulatory compliance, mentoring junior team members, and contributing to growing and enhancing corporate governance and service delivery standards across the business.
Key requirements:
- 5+ years' corporate services experience in a client-facing environment
- Strong understanding of corporate governance, AML/CFT, and compliance requirements
- Experience working within a regulated sector
- A-Level education or equivalent
- Studying towards or holding a relevant qualification such as CGI/ICSA, STEP, or similar
- Strong communication, organisational, and relationship-building skills
