Senior Trust Administrator
Are you someone who enjoys taking ownership, staying organised, and supporting clients with confidence? This Senior Administrator role offers the chance to work across a wide range of trust and pension arrangements within a professional services environment, helping clients navigate their needs with clarity and precision.
You’ll be preparing trustee minutes, coordinating actions, arranging payments and investment updates, completing trust reviews and due diligence checks, managing key deadlines, communicating with members and stakeholders, and supporting junior colleagues, all while ensuring processes remain efficient, compliant, and client-focused.
Key requirements:
- Pensions/Trust experience, or a basic understanding of Trusts (although open to transferable skills where some Trust knowledge is present)
- Strong organisation and attention to detail in a busy setting
- Clear, confident communication skills
