Administrator, Trust

Are you enthusiastic and organised with a willingness to learn? Our client, a large independent provider of fiduciary services, is looking for a Trust Administrator to work within their friendly trust and corporate services team.

Key responsibilities:

  • Communicating with clients and associates through phone and written correspondence.
  • Maintaining statutory records,
  • Assisting with meeting minutes and trustee resolutions.
  • Managing the daily bookkeeping for companies and trusts up to trial balance.
  • Opening bank accounts.

Essential Criteria:

  • At least 5 GCSEs, including Maths and English at grade C or above.
  • A good attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work efficiently and meet deadlines.
  • Strong organisational and planning skills.
