Are you enthusiastic and organised with a willingness to learn? Our client, a large independent provider of fiduciary services, is looking for a Trust Administrator to work within their friendly trust and corporate services team.
Key responsibilities:
- Communicating with clients and associates through phone and written correspondence.
- Maintaining statutory records,
- Assisting with meeting minutes and trustee resolutions.
- Managing the daily bookkeeping for companies and trusts up to trial balance.
- Opening bank accounts.
Essential Criteria:
- At least 5 GCSEs, including Maths and English at grade C or above.
- A good attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work efficiently and meet deadlines.
- Strong organisational and planning skills.
