CDD Analyst

Are you experienced in Customer Due Diligence (CDD)? Looking for your next challenge in the fiduciary sector? An independent fiduciary firm is on the lookout for a skilled CDD Analyst to join their team on a 6-month contract with flexible hours.

In this vital role, you'll ensure all CDD reviews, assessments, and documentation are accurate, complete, and up to date.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identifying and advising on the appropriate due diligence forms and level of CDD required.
• Reviewing, assessing, and documenting CDD information, flagging and addressing any deficiencies.
• Maintaining accurate, comprehensive CDD records.
• Preparing and delivering clear, concise CDD reports.
• Contributing to the development of policies, procedures, and best practices.
• Responding to due diligence queries in a timely and professional manner.
• Supporting the reviewing and processing of sanctions.

Key criteria:

• Proven front-line compliance experience, ideally within the fiduciary sector.
• Strong working knowledge of the GFSC Handbook and relevant regulatory requirements.
• 3 years' hands-on experience with CDD processes, including enhanced due diligence.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• A proactive and detail-oriented approach.
