Review Officer

Are you dynamic, with excellent attention to detail? Are you seeking a new challenge? An independent provider of fiduciary services is looking to recruit a Review Officer to join their growing team.

Key Responsibilities 

• Undertaking detailed reviews for client entities.
• Ensuring Directors are advised of any issues. 
• Detailing and rectifying any errors, omissions, and breaches of policies and legislation.
• Undertaking compliance monitoring.
• Ensuring compliance, with applicable laws, regulations, and best practices.
• Assisting in the formulation and development of policies and procedures. 

The candidate will be STEP or ICSA-qualified, with a strong compliance background. Good communication skills are required, with a sound understanding of trust and company law, governance, and best practices, including the GFSC handbook. If you have good people skills and are a positive team player, then, this may be the role for you.
