Key Responsibilities:
- Investigating and managing suspicious activity reports, liaising with authorities.
- Strengthening policies and controls to prevent financial crime.
- Delivering expert training and guidance across the business.
- Acting as the go-to contact for regulatory and law enforcement enquiries.
- Driving compliance oversight and supporting risk management initiatives.
What You’ll Bring:
- 5+ years in anti-financial crime at a management level, ideally as MLRO or Deputy MLRO.
- Strong technical knowledge of compliance and fiduciary regulations.
- A recognised compliance/financial crime qualification.
- Sharp problem-solving skills, communication, and reporting skills.
