Onboarding Support Administrator

Are you a natural problem solver whilst able to find solutions? Do you have strong accuracy and excellent attention to detail? A Channel-Islands based leading professional services firm is seeking an Onboarding Support Administrator to play a crucial role in the day-to-day running of the team, whilst being the first point of contact for onboarding queries and supporting the client-facing teams.

Key Duties:

  • Liaise with outsourced providers to resolve issues
  • Monitoring access and control systems
  • Managing the mailbox 
  • Ensuring data quality on the systems 
  • Actioning risk processes to support the teams
  • Working with internal teams to obtain feedback
  • Responsibility for search requests

It is essential that the candidate will have strong analytical skills, finds anomalies, and can drive operational efficiencies. For this role, risk management, client engagement experience and the ability to work to deadlines would be advantageous.
