Do you have a passion for cycling? A local retailer is seeking Sales and Customer Support staff to join their small, friendly team. The role will involve providing great customer service in person or by email, along with ordering, receiving, and pricing products, booking bikes for service, taking cycle hire bookings, and making bike deliveries. The working week is Monday - Saturday 8.30-5.30pm with a day off in the week.
For this role, a genuine interest in cycling would help, along with some technical knowledge of bikes, although you can learn on the job! In addition, a great approach to customer service is required, along with basic computer literacy.
