Key responsibilities:

  • Advising customers and actively promoting products. 
  • Providing end-to-end support across phone and online platforms.
  • Ensuring successful and satisfactory resolution of customer interactions.
  • Recording, diagnosing, and troubleshooting customer issues to provide solutions.
  • Accurately processing order requests.
  • Performing routine administrative tasks, including customer data entry. 
  • Promptly escalating issues to other teams when necessary.

The ideal candidate will have experience in a customer-facing role, with excellent telephone and listening skills. A strong interest in current and emerging technologies is essential, along with the ability to simplify complex issues for customers. Flexibility to work outside standard hours, including shifts to maintain customer-focused service.
