Director, Client Services

Are you a collaborative professional with a strong client focus? A well-established legal practice, located in prestigious offices in town, is seeking a Director to lead its client servicing team and ensure top-quality, profitable services for their clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Leading and providing technical guidance to the team.
• Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Overseeing credit control and manage client accounts.
• Administering client entities (trusts, companies, fiduciary, and non-fiduciary structures) while mitigating risks.
• Managing financial operations, including WIP, billing, and invoicing.

The ideal candidate will hold a relevant qualification (ACA, ACCA, STEP) with a successful track record in the fiduciary sector, strong client relationship management skills, and a comprehensive understanding of Guernsey and UK tax and legal considerations impacting Trust and Company structures.
