Receptionist

Do you enjoy meeting people and have a helpful and courteous manner? Our client is seeking a Receptionist to join their team.

Key responsibilities:

  • Meeting and greeting visitors and answering the phone
  • Organising the board room and meeting rooms 
  • Organising outgoing mail and liaising with courier companies 
  • Scanning and storing documents electronically

For this role, good social and presentation skills are required, along with a good working knowledge of Word, Excel, and Outlook. Previous experience in a similar role is preferable, but not essential, however, excellent organisational skills and a can-do attitude is a must!
