Receptionist

Do you have good organisational skills and a friendly manner? A financial services provider is seeking a Receptionist to join their team.

Key responsibilities:

  • Meeting and greeting visitors 
  • Organising meeting rooms ensuring equipment is set up and cleared away
  • Scanning and photocopying documents 
  • Organising outgoing mail and collecting mail from 3rd parties
  • Answering calls and forwarding on calls
  • Undertaking administrative tasks relating to client structures 
  • Undertaking project work 

For this role, a good working knowledge of Word, Excel, and Outlook is required, along with experience in a similar role.
