Key responsibilities:
- Managing calls, scheduling appointments, coordinating meetings, and handling correspondence.
- Arranging new designs and ordering business cards.
- Maintaining office supplies, equipment, and facilities.
- Covering reception.
- Covering other departments - scheduling local and open market appointments, drawing up conditions of sale, assisting the rentals team, the property management team, and the human resources team.
