Senior Procurement Coordinator

Are you a hands-on person, who enjoys working as part of a team, whilst being able to lead and problem solve? A leading retail company is seeking a Senior Procurement Coordinator to liaise with various departments and suppliers to ensure requirements are met.

Key Duties:

  • Communicating with internal departments on all brands on stock 
  • Taking on key management of administrative tasks on progress or potential issues.
  • Maintaining professional relations with suppliers on orders
  • Optimising stock levels, balancing frequency of order with volume / size of order 
  • Checking and reconciling of internal stock reports
  • Inputting new stock and stock values
  • Evaluating order requirements

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years in a logistics, supply chain, administrative role with excellent computer skills and experience in management or supervisory context, is desirable, but not essential.
