Are you a self-starter who can work independently and has a willingness to learn? A leading provider of wealth services is seeking a Junior IT Support Analyst to ensure the efficient operation of their online services and provide technical support to their teams.

In this role, you will monitor daily operations, investigate, and resolve issues raised to the Service Desk with support from the Manager, and participate in the development and maintenance of new software releases. Additionally, you will provide analysis and reporting to management.

The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent time management skills, and be focused and deadline-driven. Requirements include GCSEs in English and Maths, a degree in computer science or software development, and preferably experience supporting software systems in a business environment. Knowledge of SQL, SSIS, and SSRS is advantageous.
