IT Business Analyst

Key Responsibilities:

• Responding to development requests from the business.
• Preparing detailed Business requirement specifications.
• Setting up project plans. 
• Testing products.
• Troubleshooting, and resolving incidents and service requests from end-users.
• Compile and document test cases in according to Business Requirements.
