IT Systems Trainer

Are you experienced in IT applications and development? Do you have a passion for delivering training? A local legal firm is seeking a Governance IT Systems Trainer with great communication and interpersonal skills, to deliver exceptional systems training on operational solutions, process improvements, and IT initiatives to the teams.

Key duties:

• Planning, organising and delivering engaging training sessions
• Collaborating with employees and managers, to identify training needs 
• Developing course programmes, creating guidance notes, and providing training materials
• Evaluating the training programme's effectiveness, and suggesting improvements
• Reporting to the Change Management team

For this role, you will need 5 years' experience in technology-related solutions and specialist industry software, particularly viewpoint. In addition, you will need strong communication and interpersonal skills, a flexible and proactive approach, creative problem-solving abilities, and a keen eye for detail. You will also have a proven ability to tailor training methods to diverse learning styles and hold a degree or relevant qualification.
