Senior Service Desk Engineer

Would you enjoy supporting the business by providing first and second-line IT service desk support? If so, this Senior Service Desk Engineer role could be perfect for you!

Key Responsibilities:

  • General IT queries 
  • Removing employees from the system when they have left the organisation
  • Server administration tasks to file permissions etc
  • Supporting VIP’s in the local office
  • Software/Application patching
  • Configuring laptops, mobiles, screens and printers

Key skills you will need to be successful in this role:

  • Good working knowledge of Active Directory, Azure Cloud Services, Endpoint management and Intune
  • Experience configuring and maintaining Windows Server 2019 and above
  • Good working knowledge of Windows 11 and Microsoft Office 365
