Key Responsibilities:
- General IT queries
- Removing employees from the system when they have left the organisation
- Server administration tasks to file permissions etc
- Supporting VIP’s in the local office
- Software/Application patching
- Configuring laptops, mobiles, screens and printers
Key skills you will need to be successful in this role:
- Good working knowledge of Active Directory, Azure Cloud Services, Endpoint management and Intune
- Experience configuring and maintaining Windows Server 2019 and above
- Good working knowledge of Windows 11 and Microsoft Office 365
